Aperitivo based, built, served in a wine glass.
The Brescia original the Spritz grew out of, built on still white wine.
Ingredients
| Dry white wine | 100 ml (3¼ oz) |
| Campari | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 30 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with orange slice.
