Liqueur based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Pimm's No. 1 | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Lemonade | top up, about 120 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a highball with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with cucumber, strawberry, orange and mint.
