Nimbu Pani

The Nimbu Pani is an alcohol-free drink from India, fresh and citrusy. It is made with lemon juice and Roasted cumin, served in a highball over ice.

India’s street-side lemonade, sweet, sour and salty at once.

Ingredients

Lemon juice30 ml (1 oz)
Sugar2 teaspoons
Salt1 pinch
Roasted cumin1 pinch
Water200 ml (6¾ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Fill a highball with ice.
  2. Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
  3. Lift once gently with a barspoon.
  4. Garnish with mint leaves.
