Campari from Milan, vermouth from Turin. Add soda and it becomes an Americano.
Ingredients
| Campari | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Sweet vermouth | 30 ml (1 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with orange slice.
