Mezcal Margarita
Agave based, shaken, served in a rocks glass.
Ingredients
| Mezcal | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Triple sec | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Lime juice | 25 ml (¾ oz) |
| Agave syrup | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass.
- Garnish with salt rim and a lime wheel.
