Lemon, Lime and Bitters

Low and no based, built, served in a highball.

The LLB, Australia’s national soft drink, found in every pub and golf club.

Ingredients

Angostura bitters5 dashes
Lime cordial30 ml (1 oz)
Lemonadetop up, about 150 ml

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Swirl the bitters around the inside of a highball to coat it.
  2. Add ice and the lime cordial.
  3. Top with lemonade and stir once.
