Detroit Athletic Club in the 1910s, revived at the Zig Zag Café in Seattle almost a century later.
Ingredients
| Gin | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Green Chartreuse | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Maraschino liqueur | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Lime juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
