Gin based, shaken, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Gin | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Dry vermouth | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Sweet vermouth | 10 ml (¼ oz) |
| Triple sec | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Lemon juice | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
| Angostura bitters | 2 dashes |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with lemon peel.
