Japanese Highball
Whiskey based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Blended Scotch | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 135 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a chilled highball to the top with hard clear ice.
- Add the whisky and stir once to chill it.
- Pour the soda down the side of the glass and lift once with a barspoon.
