Brandy based, shaken, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| Calvados | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Lemon juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
| Grenadine | 15 ml (½ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with apple slice.
