Ingredients
| Irish whiskey | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Irish cream | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Stout | 180 ml on the side |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Layer the Irish cream under the whiskey in a shot glass.
- Drop it into half a glass of stout and drink it straight away, before it curdles.
