Hugo Spritz
Wine based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Elderflower liqueur | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Prosecco | 90 ml (3 oz) |
| Soda water | top up, about 30 ml |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a wine glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
- Garnish with mint sprig and lime slice.
