Hot Buttered Rum
Rum based, built, served in a wine glass.
Ingredients
| Dark rum | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Butter batter | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Water | 120 ml (4 oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Stir the butter batter into hot water in a warmed glass until it melts.
- Add the rum and stir again.
- Grate nutmeg over the top and serve hot.
