Duck Fart

The Duck Fart is a shot, creamy. It is made with coffee liqueur, irish cream and Canadian whisky, served in a shot glass.

Anchorage, Alaska, 1980s. The name came from a customer’s comment.

Ingredients

Coffee liqueur15 ml (½ oz)
Irish cream15 ml (½ oz)
Canadian whisky15 ml (½ oz)

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Pour the coffee liqueur into a shot glass.
  2. Layer the Irish cream over the back of a spoon.
  3. Layer the whisky on top the same way.
