Vodka based, blended, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Vodka | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
| Coconut cream | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 50 ml (1¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Blend everything with a scoop of crushed ice for a few seconds.
- Pour into a highball and top with more crushed ice.
- Garnish with pineapple wedge.
