IBA official cocktail, New Era. Liqueur based, built, served in a highball.
Ingredients
| Green Chartreuse | 45 ml (1½ oz) |
| Falernum | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Pineapple juice | 30 ml (1 oz) |
| Lime juice | 22.5 ml (¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a highball and fill with crushed ice.
- Swizzle until the glass frosts.
- Top with more ice and garnish.
