Chapman in a highball, drawn with its ingredient layers

Chapman

The Chapman is an alcohol-free drink from Nigeria, long and fizzy. It is made with grenadine, Angostura bitters, orange soda and more, served in a highball over ice.

Nigeria’s favourite party drink, said to have been created by Samuel Alamutu at the Ikoyi Club in Lagos. The bitters carry a trace of alcohol, so leave them out for children.
