Brain Hemorrhage

The Brain Hemorrhage is a shot, creamy. It is made with Peach schnapps, irish cream and grenadine, served in a shot glass.

Ingredients

Peach schnapps25 ml (¾ oz)
Irish cream10 ml (¼ oz)
Grenadine1 barspoon

Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.

Method

  1. Pour the peach schnapps into a shot glass.
  2. Slowly pour the Irish cream over a spoon so it curdles into threads.
  3. Drip the grenadine on top. A Halloween favourite for how it looks.
