Rum based, shaken, served in a coupe.
Ingredients
| White rum | 60 ml (2 oz) |
| Triple sec | 15 ml (½ oz) |
| Lime juice | 20 ml (¾ oz) |
| Maraschino liqueur | 5 ml (¼ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Add everything to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake hard for 10 to 12 seconds.
- Strain into a chilled coupe.
- Garnish with lime wheel.
