Liqueur based, built, served in a rocks glass.
Lebanon and the Levant: one part arak, two of water, then ice.
Ingredients
| Arak | 40 ml (1¼ oz) |
| Water | 80 ml (2¾ oz) |
Measures for one serve. Open the drink in Bar Bible to scale it to a batch or switch to ounces.
Method
- Fill a rocks glass with ice.
- Pour the ingredients in order, topping last.
- Lift once gently with a barspoon.
