The Pickle Martini is a stirred vodka cocktail, made with vodka, pickle brine and dry vermouth, served in a martini glass. It is spirit-forward.

Strength: about 25% ABV in the glass, roughly 20 g of alcohol per drink (an estimate; brands and dilution vary).

A Dirty Martini made with dill pickle brine instead of olive brine. Salty, sour and very much a 2020s favourite.
