Presbyterian in a highball, drawn with its ingredient layers

Presbyterian

The Presbyterian is a built whiskey cocktail, long and fizzy. It is made with blended scotch, ginger ale and soda water, served in a highball over ice.

Strength: about 8.9% ABV in the glass, roughly 16 g of alcohol per drink (an estimate; brands and dilution vary).

Whisky with half ginger ale, half soda: a little sweet, a little dry, hence the name.
